MISSION and CAPABILITY STATEMENT

The consultancy sets out to create value appreciation in the resources industry through smart risk assessment and by providing effective solutions to the myriad of problems and challenges faced by participants. Potential beneficiaries of this boutique advisory service include all those with a proprietary or financial interest in the resources sector such as mine owners and management, developers, financiers and investors.

The team is well-qualified to assist with acquisitions, disposals, mergers, dispute resolution and restructuring.

The service will be provided by an association of experienced professionals headed by the Principal, Jocelyn Waller, who has half a century of practical and relevant experience in the industry.

The core skill sets that can be drawn upon cover all the mining disciplines (e.g. inter alia, geology, exploration, resource estimation, feasibility assessments, permitting, project development, construction, exploitation, financing, financial management, marketing, human resources and ESG). The cover also includes oil and gas.

As the key is problem solving a coterie of particularly qualified senior executives and business gurus are involved as Principal Associates. This ensures informed focus on the issues that matter and the provision of intelligent and effective solutions for clients.

Affiliated organisations include top firms in law, accountancy and financial services, executive recruitment, marketing and trading, commodities research, IT and software, and capital markets. These can be called upon as and when necessary.
